COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE OFFICER
Cimarron Hills Fire Department is pleased to offer the Community Assistance Officer Program to the community! The Community Assistance Officer (CAO) is member of the fire department who responds in addition to fire companies to critical incidents such as structure fires. The CAO meets with family members to provide answers about the operations of the fire companies during the mitigation of the emergency, what the next steps are, who to contact for various resources, and when needed even provide necessities like food, night at a motel, etc.
