Blue Envelope packets may be picked up at our Headquarters location:  1835 Tuskegee Place M-Th from 7:30-4p

"The Blue Envelope Program is a community initiative designed to enhance communication and safety during interactions between law enforcement and individuals with disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder, dementia, hearing impairment, or other conditions that may affect responses."
